• 論文の詳細を見る

• The field-induced magnetic traxnsition in GdSi has been investigated. The N!el temperatureand the paramagnetic Curie temperattzre are 55K and -8K, respectively. The metarnagnetictransition occurs at a magnetic field of 197 kOe at 4.2 K. The critical field of the metamagnetictransition decreases linearly with the square of temperature T'. For the GdM (M : 81, Aland Ge) equiatomic compounds, the linear relationship between the critical field and the N(IIICIItemperature has been confirmed.
