• Photoluminescence spectra of MBE-grown (GaAs).z(AIAs).z superlattices underhigh pressure and low temperature are measured. Two main emission bands are ob-served. The higher emission band behaves like a f-edge under pressure; the loweremission band, on the other hand, behaves like an ,X'-edge.
