A syste?ta of spherical jcarticles with dipoles taaoving in 21 plane is sttrdied by Mlornte-Carlosinntrlsttion. The pstrticles interact xvith each other through the long-range dipole interactionand an appropriate core reptrlsive potential. The anisotropy in the dipole interaction favors achain-like structtrre of particles with the dipoles oriented ;tlong the charin. Growth of chain-likeaggregates and the trni;txial (neunsttic) ordering of' the system as xvell as the ordering of' dipolesare inxxestigated 21S f'ttnctiotas of' tetaaper;ttture. It is concltrded that neither the dipolar orderingnor the tuniaxi?t1 bond-orient?ttional one c?rn be long-rattaged in a thermtaodyn?tunical systeuta.
