Because tlae solar systena is orb?ting arouuad tlte center of tlae Mulk)' Way galaxyw'itlt a speed of about 220 km / s, I sltoxx'ed, in a previous j>aper (Kl. N4izusltinca: J.Plays. Soc. Jl)11. 61 (1992)1125), tltat g..... -g.,...=g.... -y.,=10 ", where y,is the xttetricfor an observer moving with the solar s)'stern, and tlte ,v-axis is in tlte direction of tlaeorbiting velocity of the solar systenta, naunely, in the directiouv of constellatioua C)'gnus. To detect any anisotropy of sjcace, Brillet and Hall placed 111 interferormcter on a turn-table whicla rotated ira a laorizouttal plauve, and tltey tried to detect auty t.:ltauage iua sizeof a cavity optically. Tltey could detect fractional clta?tge of tlae cxavity size to0.5 X 10 ", but tltey did utot find amty amaisotropy of Sl)8CC (A. Brillet amtd J. L. Hall:Ph')'s. Rev. Left. 42 (1979) 549). It is 3;IIOWII lvere tlvat tlae reason wlty they did notobserve axtisotropy of space was that tlaey unounted the iuatcrferomeler cavity toorigidly on tlte turntable.Milky Way, gravity, geuaeral relatix'ity, SUII
