An Ising model on a Kagome lattice is solved exactly under correlated randomfields which take values 'fh. There exists a critical field h.=4J(J>0 is the exchangeintegral) and a phase transition for the system with h< h., but there is no phase transi-Lion for the system with h >h.. This result is consistent with the lower critical dimen-sionality obtained by the domain energy argument.
