A new approach is proposed to enhance the effect of lattice anisotropy ondiffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) model. The computer simulations on the squarelattice clearly show the morphological change of overall prc>file of the patterns fromrandom fractal to more or less regular dendritic crystal-like and finally to needlecrystal-like "cross" shapes. This implies the close relationship between DLA and realdendritic crystal growth.
