Phase transition of the frustrated Heisenberg antiferromagnet on the layered-tirangular (or hexagonal) lattice is studied with use of a symmetry argument andMonte Carlo simulations. A finite-size scaling analysis strongly suggests theoccurrence of a second order transition of a new universality class characterized bythe exponents azO.4, /?:0.25, 7:1.1 and r:0.53.
