A tentative interpretation of the isomorphous transition in S11C]2'2H20crystal is shown. The Landau-type thermodynamic potential is proposed, whichcontains odd-order terms in sublal:Lice polarization in addition to those commonlyallowed. Temperature dependencccs of electric susceptibility and specific heat arederived and discussed. Appearance of the critical point is mentiou?ec1.
