The electrical re,sistivity of dilute AuCr alloys (2 -320 at.ppm) was measuredin a temperature range between 0.5 K and 300 K and the results were analyzed interms of the generalized phase shift approach (GPS) developed by Sc?u]tie. A setof physical quantities representing the Kondo effect has been obtained.The Kondo temperature and the magnetic moment of Cr impurity deduced fromthe resistivity data using the GPS model were compared with those determinedby the nuclear orientation and thc susceptibility experiments and a satisfactoryagreement has been obtained.
