7S, mixed nonlinear Schr6dinger equation which has a usual cubic nonlinearterm and a derivative cubic term is exactlv solved b't the inverse scatte?'inu methodunder the nonvanishinu boundarv condition. We obtain the soliton solution whichgenerally pulsates. But it becomes stationary which is algebraic in SICITIC specialcases. A peculiar structure of spiky modulation is also shown.
