• The magnetic susceptibility and the heat capacity of a layered manganesecompound Mn(NH.).Ni(CN).2C..H.. have been measured down to the tem-pcraturc, T=O.5 T.. A symmetric logarithmic singularity of heat capacity, whichwas found for isomorphic nickel compound Ni(NH,).Ni(CN).2C..H.. at 7(.0.800.[0.OO5 K, has been observed, in this case, at 7'.=O.172]0.001 K. Thesingularity of magnetic susceptibility at T.. is consistent with that of heat capacity.
