Isochronal annealing for copper single crystals, electron-irradiated at tempera-lure below 90 K, was investigated in stage II, III and IV temperature ranges. The yield stress increase was observed on the annealing in tl?e temperature rangeof 90K<7'...<330K, attd the yield drop phenomenon was also observed onthe annealing in the temperattare range of 100 K<(7'...<230 K.
