The temperature dependence of the viscosity for the systems polystyrene-cyclohexane, polystyrene-methylcyclohexane and poly( p-chlorostyrene)-propylbenzene near the Flory 0 temperature is investigated. The following tworesults are obtained for the polystyrene systems: l. Expansion factor a is nota single-valued function of the usual excluded volume parameter z except forAt>10' and this result cannot be attributed to partial draining effects which wereadopted by Berry. 2. The plots of (a,7 - 1) vs z are two lines intersecting slightlybelow the 0 temperature. The fact 1 is discussed in terms of departure fromGaussian distribution. Relation between the f'act 2 and the globule-coil transitionis also discussed.
