The modified form of the non central force model which considers the electron-ioninteraction term of Kreb's model to the Clark-Gazis-Wallis type angular forces isconsidered to calculate the Debye-Waiter exponents at different temperatures for threebcc metals Sodium, a-iron and cromium and compared with the available X-raymeasurements in terms of the temperature parameter Y of the Debye Waiter factor,characteristic Debye temperature 0. and the mean square displacement u-' of theatoms. The theoretical results are found to be in a reasonably satisfactory agreementwith the experimental values.
