The structure of paraelectric phase of Pb,Ge.0.. was refinecl by the least squarescalculations of single crystal neutron diffraction data at 200' C. l"inal R value was 0.08and the type of phase transitio?a was determined as displacive one. The existence ofunstable oxygen atom which is lying on the mirror plane perpendicular to the c-axis wasfound to have relation with the reorientation of Gem. group. Atomic displacementsthrough the phase transition were evaluated and used for the calculation of thespontaneous polarization for the point charge model. This gave I'. to be 2.0 7vC/cm', asmaller value than the observed one of 4.2 7tC/cm' a.t room temperature.
