The anomalous temperatttre dependence of th<c peak valtte of giant quantumattenttation of sound in Bi, observed experiumeuatally whern two peaks due toboth electrons and holes take place simultaneously in a strong magnetic field(If -90 kOe), is explained in the present note as an effec:t of the fluctuationpreceding the first order phase transition of the electron-hole system. Calculationis done for a pture systen? arrd more anomalous temperatt?re dependence thanobserved experimenta-lly is obtained. It will be redu.uced by the effects of impurities.
