In a turbulent plasma heated by a strong electric field, the forbidden lines of HeI 4^1F⟶2^1P and 4^3F⟶2^3D showed themselves as the satellite of allowed transition of HeI 4^1D⟶2^1P and 4^3D⟶2^3P lines. The appearance of these satellites is due to the electric field of the waves in the turbulent plasma. In 1.0μs after the electric field was switched on, the plasma was heated up to the energy density of 1×10^<15> eV/cm^3 and the satellite had shaded away. The energy density of the electric fields in the plasma is estimated to be 1×10^<13> eV/cm^3. The degree of plasma turbulence is found to be ≳0.01, which is in rough agreement with the result that Demidov et al. obtained by the combination scattering of the electromagnetic wave.
