The dynamical Jahn-Teller effect in the case where electronic states T.(d') andTz(d') (,v= 2 - 5) couple with dou bly degenerate vi brational mode e in O,. symmetryis discussed. The off-diagonal Racah parameters are partially quenched and diagonalones are diminished by amount of energy gained by Jahn-Teller interaction. As theresult, Tanabe-Sugano diagrams are much changed from those without vibronic interaction.
