A new type of nonlinear integro-differential evolution equation, i:,-F7t:H Re(:'H$)=0 (H: Hilbert transform), is investigated by using the bilinear transformalion method. The equation is linearized if we seelc solutions with a constant amplitudeof the from cp = (/). exp [iN(,v, /)]. The resultant eq uation coincides with the linear equa-lion which has already been o btained in the linearization of the sine-Hilbert equation,YIO,= -sin 0. Using this fact, we construct exact nonperioclic and periodic solutionsof the equation.
