Nuclear magnetic resonances of "Co, "Mn, "AN, "'Gd and "'Gd nuclei inGd(T. .Co.). (T=Mn,Fe,Ni,AN) compounds at 4.2 K have been observed for0<,v< 1. From the analysis of these NMR spectra, the concentration dependence of"Co hyperfine field is found to be proportional to the sum of the conduction electronpolarization arising from nearest neighbor T atoms, and shown that Co atoms carry amagnetic moment induced by the neighboring T atoms. The hyperfine coupling con-slants of the core polarization in Gd(T. .Co,). compounds have been estimated to belarger than those of conduction electron polarization for T=Ni and Al, whereas theyare comparable for T=Fe, and are complicated for T=Mn. These results are analyz-ed in a local environment model.
