The specific heat is studied by high-temperature series expazasion up to p' for an fccHeisenberg spin system with nearest-neighbor ferromagnetic exchange interaction J.and next-nearest-neighbor antiferromagnetic exchange interaction J., between ran-domly distributed magnetic moments of arbitrary concentration p. The obtainedresults are compared with recent experimental c1aLa on IEu,Sr. ,S, where due to thefrustration effect, various magnetic phases occur. Reasonable agreement is foundnear the onset of the ferromagnetic or spin-glass phase from tlte paramagnetic phase.
