The angular distribution of scattered light-intensity by the stiff chain polymers having finite cross sections is calculated by assuming two kinds of theoretical models. The first model assumes the spherically symmetric distribution of each scattering element around its center of distribution on the chain axis, and the second model assumes its planar and symmetric distribution in the perpendicular to the chain axis. The result of scattering function P(θ) becomes P(θ)=(1-K<u^2>σ^2)P_0(θ)+…, σ=(4π/λ)sin(θ/2), K=1/2∼1/3, where P_0(θ) is the scattering function in case of no cross section, and <u^2>, θ and λ are the mean square radius of gyration of chain cross section, the scattering angle and the wave length of light, respectively. The effect of chain expansion on this P(θ) by the excluded Volume effect is also calculated from the same assumption as that used in the previous paper (J. Phys. Soc. Japan 34 (1973) 1029).
