A method of phenomenological analysis of multiple muon events is presented, where the influence of the decay probability of parent mesons are explicitly taken into account and the effect of the finite size of detectors are also included. Our experimental results as well as other existing data deep underground were analysed and mutually consistent reasonable fits were obtained for the existing data.
