The electrical conductivity of naphthazarin metal complexes was measured in temperature range from 20℃ to 70℃. The apparent energy gap (ΔE) of naphthazarin and naphthazarin-Cu was 1.0 eV and ΔE of naphthazarin-Fe was 1.8 eV. The naphthazarin-Fe_x-Cu_<1-x> complex took the lowest value of ΔE (about 0.7 eV) at the composition where x∼0.6. It seems that to take the lowest value of ΔE at the certain composition is due to a charge transfer between Fe and Cu.
