Variation of vacuum fluctuation in a finite space is discussed on analysis of the energy level shifts for ^<193>Ir and it is shown that the energy level shifts can be drastically reduced by the effect of opaqueness of the material used to restrict the space. The theoretical values of the shifts are compared with the recent results of Mossbauer experiment.
