From the previously reported eqtration for the drif't velocity of electrons with relativistic en-ergies, two interesting results (the negative magneto-resisl;ance and the negative resonance ab-sorption) were discovered. One probleuaa is that, in derivation of the new drift xzelocity equatiort,the delta-function distribution was trsed for the velocity distribtrtion of electrons irnraaediatelyafter the scattering. So the dependences of these txvo effects LIPOII the shape of' the velocitydistribtrtion are investigated. Also, since the new eqtration is difUer'ent froun the classical drif'tvelocity equation, the physical meaning of the difference is discussecl in Appendix.
