The vortex glass (CVG) transition dtte to line-like (colutnnar) disorder, often called the Bose-glass transition, is exanained at the tmean field level and trsing the loxvest Landatr level approachto the Ginzbtrrg-Landatr model. The resulting transition field B...(T) shoxvs a linear behaviorin teunperature if it lies above tlae melting line in cleatt lirtait, in agreernent with experiunentaldata unexplained so far of YBCO in tesla range. Next, the key critical phenomena in thiscontext, strch as the prectrrsors of the so-called trauusverse lNzIeissner effect and the divergent inplatue condtrctivity o.,.., are examined on the basis of the approach trsed previotrsly to derivethe VG scaling of o.. for the case of point disorder, and the obtained results together with theanisotropic scaling are cotasistent with those in the Boson mapping scenario. As a by-prodttct,it is also shown that the present tilt response restrlts for the 3D CVG transition imply a finitebut nonuniversal critical conductance at the field-ttrned strpercondtrctor-instrlator transition indisordered thin filnas at T : O.
