The neoclassical transjcort theor'y in a presence of' ternper?tttrre atnisotropy is investigated in tlaelow to the interrnedtate collision frequency regiraaes for a large aspect-r?rtio tokanaak plasrna. Thestand?trd procedture for 2111 isotr'opic plasrtua in the p[ateatt regitaue is extended to 2111 anisotropicplasrtaa, and the neoclassical tr?tnsport coefliciernts in this regiraae are explicitly a?ticulated. Byinterpolating the restrlts in the plateatn regiune and the previotrsly obtained ones in the bazu?tnaregitne, the expressions for tlae neocl?tssical tratnsport coefficients which ?tre contintrotrsly validf'rorn the banana to the plateatr regitaues ?rre presented.
