The molecular constants in the first excited vibrational state of the ^32<S>O radical are obtained as well as in the ground state. The equilibrium constants are much improved; B_e = 21609.5_5±0.15Mc/sec λ_e = 157780±25Mc/sec, and r_e = 1.48108±0.00005Å. Spectra of other two isotopic species, ^34<S>O and ^33<S>O, are also analyzed. Hyperfine interaction due to the ^33<S> nucleus is studied in detail, and <Σ__i (3 cos^2<X>_i - 1)/2γ_2^3> = -3.4 × 10^<24>cm^<-3>, <Σ__i {(3 cos^2<X>_i - 1)/2γ_i^3}・s_<ix>> s_<x=1> = -5.32 × 10^<24>cm^<-3>, <Σ__i o(r_i)s_<ix>> s_<z=1> = 3.96 × 10^<23>cm^<-3> are obtained. The Stark effect of the ^33<S>O spectra is worked out in detail and utilized for the assignment of the weak lines.
