Estimation of a Change of the Curie Temperature with Pressure for Gadolinium

A chage of the Curie temperature with pressure for gadolinium has been estimated from the data of the temperature dependences of the magnetization and magnetostriction on the basis of thermodynamical theory of a phase transition of the second kind. This result is in good agreement with the experimental result.
