Two layer resistance model which were developed based on multi layer resistance model had been developed and widely applied by many scientists to evaluate the evapotraspiration of the vegetated surface. A two-layer crop resistance model was paramenterized to be used for estimating evapotranspiration of paddy field and the surrounding environment in Cidanau watershed, Indonesia. The model was parameterized by using surface temperature acquired by observation during clear day. The surface temperature resulted from the simulation were compared by the observation data. The paraments in the model were altered, until the simulation result agreed with the observation. By using the modified model, simulation was conducted to estimate evapotanspirationi of different surface conditions.
