トリエチルアミン存在下で, 2, 3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-4-(substituted benzylideneamine) pyrazol-5-oneに対する酸クロリドの環化反応で一連の1-(2, 3-dimethyl-1-phenyl pyrazol-5-on-4-yl)-3, 4-disubstituted-2-azetidinoneを合成した.これらの化合物のA. nigerとA. flavusに対する殺菌活性試験結果から, 化学構造と活性の関連性について検討した.
