Spin-Dependent Isovector Giant Resonances as a Possible Precursor of the Pion-Condensation in Finite Nuclei

As a possible precursor of the pion-condensation, spin-dependent isovector giant resonances are considered. It is found that a softening of the spin-isospin density mode with a high multipolarity and/or a high node is a possible precursory phenomenon of the pion-condensation.
