The specific heat of a relativistic degenerate electron gas is calculated. The result is c/c_0=[1+Ae^2+Be^2lne^2+0(e^4lne^2)]^<-1> with A=-1/(2π√<1+χ^2>){2/(χ)+1/(χ)ln((√<1+χ^2>)/(πχ)+2/π)+χ(1-ln|1/2-1/(2χ√<1+χ^2sinh^-1χ)-(3/(√<1+χ^2>)+2/χ)sinh^-1χ} and B=-[2πχ√<1+χ^2>]^<-1>, where x=k_F/m is the relativity parameter and c_0 is the specific heat of a relativistic non-interacting gas. The present work may be regarded as a relativistic generalization of Gell-Mann's non-relativistic calculation.
