The general forms of Hamiltonians are given in the octet spurion formalism for weak two quarks-two quarks transitions with an emitting meson. The mesonic decays of baryons are then calculated by taking baryons as totally symmetric three quarks states. It is shown that for the S-wave decays two quarks amplitudes satisfy the Lee-Sugawara relation generally and furthermore S(Σ_+^+)=0 results from the PC invariance requirement. For the P-wave decay amplitudes our formulae give a natural explanation for experiments, though they do not predict the L-S relation in general.
