The chiral SU(4)⊗SU(4) model based on SU(4)⊃SU(2)⊗SU(2) is constructed by using extended Glashow-Weinberg's method. The several mass-relations containing the decay constants are obtained by taking the generalized PCAC and PCVC hypotheses. Under some approximations to these relations and decay constants, masses of pseudescalar F-meson, scalar L_<s^-> and F_<s^-> meson are expressed by those of the other pseudoscalars and the ratio of the decay constants. η-η'-η'' mixing problem is also discussed.
