The propagation of the fourth sound in an anisotropic superfluid phase of ^3He is studied theoretically. The effect of small powders immersed in liquid ^3He is treated as the randomly distributed scattering centers. It is shown that the retarded product of the density operators has a well defined pole, which describes the fourth sound.
