We present a consistent model example of field theory in which CPT nonconservation is allowed. This is the generalization of the model proposed previously on K_L→2π with CPT nonconservation which is based on the fact that there exist two sets of field operators for a pair-conjugate isomultiplet and that in the case of half-integer isospin these two sets of field operator are connected nonlocally with each other and transformed differently under the CPT transformation. It is found from the causality condition specified in §1 that only the decay process of a pair-conjugate multiplet with half-integer isospin into "neutral state" allows CPT nonconservation. Some discussions on CP- and possible CPT-nonconserving K^0 decay K_L→2π, πlν are given and possible CPT nonconserving processes are enumerated.
