Neutrino induced deep inelastic scattering is discussed in terms of the parton (=quark) model with Poisson's distribution. Total cross sections are reproduced by taking the coupling constant between parton and lepton as the universal Fermi one. The differential cross sections in terms of x=Q^2/2Mν and y=ν/E are given and compared with the experimental data successfully. Secondary muon inelasticity is also considered. Some experimental data suggest a possibility that the averaged parton number is finite and about 4. Some related points of our model on lepton-nucleon electro-magnetic scattering are also discussed and compared with recent experimental data.
