Relations among slope parameters of elastic scattering of hadrons including hyperons are obtained on the basis of the quark model with factorizability assumption. There exist regularities among these slope parameters ; rule of equal spacing for the slope. Some predictions on the slopes of hyperon-proton cross sections at high energies (50〜175 GeV/c) are given.
