Superfluidity of a degenerate many-boson system is studied in terms of the quasi-particles which have been introduced in preceding parts I and II with the aid of the extended Bogoliubov transformation. The static susceptibilities and equal-time response functions characterizing superfluidity are calculated up to the lowest order corrections to the leading order terms, regarding the terms carrying decreasing (increasing) number of factors N_0^<1/2> (N_0^<-1/2>) as of increasingly higher order, where N_0 is the number of condensed particles. The long wave length limits of the results of the calculation provide the microscopic foundation for the linearized two-fluid hydrodynamical equations neglecting dissipation. The densities of the normal and superfluid components sum into the total density in accordance with the f-sum rule owing to the three-quasi-particle interaction which preserves the phonon nature of the quasi-particles.
