A Cosmological Version of Flatness Conditions in General Relativity

In terms of our cosmological extention of Arnowitt, Deser and Misner's canonical formalism to the Einstein equations, Arnowitt and Deser's flatness conditions in general relativity are reformulated on the simplifying assumption that the empty state without gravitational waves is represented by the de Sitter universe.
