We analyze the quark mass hierarchy and the CKM matrix precisely using the universal Yukawa coupling framework with small violations. We estimate the ranges of the values of 8 violation parameters (δ^u_1, δ^u_2, δ^u_3, δ^d_1, δ^d_2, δ^d_3, φ_2, φ_3) in our quark mass matrices satisfying quark mass ratios and the CKM matrix, where φ_2 and φ_3 are phases. Without these phases, the solution satisfying the quark mass ratios and the CKM matrix cannot be obtained. These parameters obtained can explain the CP violation effects seen in experiment. From the estimated parameters, we hypothesize a form for quark mass matrices containing only 5 parameters.
