On the basis of the broken SU(4) mass formula, nearly pure |cc^^-> configurations for ``χ'' particles can be obtained from the observed masses of `may-be SU(4) -multiplet' with J^<Pc> =2^<++>. 1^<++> and 0^<++>, and the masses of charmed partners D_x and F_x are predicted to be (2.3〜2.8) GeV and (2.5〜2.9) GeV, respectively. By assuming ψ, ψ' and ``χ'' to be pure |cc^^-> states, radiative decay widths for χ→ψ+γ are estimated in the context of the vector-meson-dominance model to be (226〜655) keV, <67 keV and (92〜244) keV for χ_T, χ_A and χ_S, respectively. Rather small value of Γ(χ_A→ψ+γ) would be a crucial test of the present approach. A possible unified description of ``χ'' Particles is also discussed in terms of a reducible Lorentz tensor χ_<μν>.
