• We construct projection operators which reduce general scalar and spinor superfields into irreducible representations. The forms of the irreducible representations are explicitly described, and the equivalence of the representations under supersymmetric transformations is discussed. Using the equal time commutators for ordinary scalar field in quantum field theory, the equal time (anti)-commutation relations of scalar (spinor) superfields are also derived.
