Variation after Spin-Isospin Projection in the Skyrme Model

We calculate nucleon, delta and higher spin-isospin baryons by making variation of the hedgehog function after the spin-isospin projection. The nucleon and delta masses are lowered only a small amount as compared to the case of variation before spin-isospin projection. The axial coupling g_A of the nucleon is, however, change from 1.33 to 1.20.
