We investigate properties of non-perturbative vacuum in the presence of non-zero current quark mass by using the effective Hamiltonian which includes the fourth vector confining potentials with and without a Coulombic term. Combining the Bogoliubov-Valatin variational method with the renormalized Dyson Equations, we derive the gap equation, which is numerically solved; the condensates of a quark-antiquark pair and the dynamical masses are calculated in the cases of current masses 0, 5, 150, 1160 MeV. The results show that the vacuum for the u quark is almost the same as the one for the current mass=0, but the vacua for s and c quarks are very different.
