The K_<l4> decay is studied based on the gauged nonlinear sigma model. Vector mesons are introduced to the theory as the dynamical gauge bosons coupled to the hidden local symmetry. The Lagrangians which satisfy the Wess-Zumino anomaly condition give the excellent agreement with the experiments, accommodating the low energy theorem.
