The possible existence of heavy leptons and several schemes to accommodate these leptons are investigated. We first study the problems related to the lepton number assignment and the existence of weak lepton angles. A possible violation of the e-μ universality and its experimental consequences are examined. Guided by a lepton-hadron analogy, we also discuss a sextet scheme of hadrons based on (p, p', p", n, λ, λ') which was previously studied in connection with ψ-particles. Several versions of the sextet scheme, in particular, the structure of weak hadron currents in the SU(2)_L×U(1) gauge theory and a generalization of the Cabibbo analysis are discussed. If one takes (p, n, λ, λ') as a low lying quartet among the sextet of quarks, the low lying "charmed" particles have rather long lifetime and decay predominantly into non-strange particles. The radiative width of ψ-particle in this scheme becomes one quarter of that in the standard quartet model. We finally comment on the dimuon events at FNAL.
