The frequency dependence of the electrical conductivity of an impure metal is calculated in the presence of the exchange interaction between localized spins and conduction electrons. It is found that the conductivity as a function of temperature approaches a constant value when kT becomes smaller than h^^-w. In the calculation of the conductivity ladder processes are also considered. Within the third order approximation the transport lifetime contains the factor (1-cosθ) in the angular integral.
